Raspberry Chocolate Martini

Who doesn’t love raspberry and chocolate? And in a cocktail? With a chocolate stuffed raspberry marshmallow? Here it is folks…your favorite new cocktail: Raspberry Chocolate Martini!

1 1/2 oz. Cream de Cacao Dark

1 1/2 oz Raspberry Vodka

A splash of half and half  (I like a double splash)

Chocolate syrup for rimming the glass

1 Juju Z. Treat Co. Raspberry Dark Chocolate Stuffed Marshmallow

Place all the liquid ingredients in a shaker filled with ice. Shake. Rim glass with chocolate syrup.  Strain into glass and top with marshmallow.  Enjoy!!!

    We had the raspberry martini last night. The gourmet marshmallow with chocolate was a hit. Using marshmallows with martinis is definately a new twist.
